 My Story 

7 years ago when I returned to work after having my son Luca, I didn’t recognise myself.


I felt like I was walking back into a world I no longer fit into.
I was juggling daycare drop-offs, starting a new role, and quietly carrying the invisible weight of everything at home. I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure of myself.


It wasn’t just about logistics or a never-ending to-do list. I was trying to figure out who I was now.


And honestly? It was lonely.


That season cracked me open - but it also planted the seed for something new.


Because while I was navigating my own return to work, I realised how little meaningful support exists for women in this transition. I wanted more than advice. I wanted someone to walk alongside me, to help me make sense of who I was becoming and how to make it all work.

So I became what I couldn’t find at the time.

 

Today, I’m a certified Workplace and Matrescence Coach, accredited with the International Coaching Federation. I bring together coaching, lived experience, and evidence-based tools to support mums navigating the juggle of paid work and motherhood, in a way that actually works for their lives now.

 

Since 2023, I’ve worked with mums just like you: thoughtful, capable women who are navigating big changes and asking deeper questions about how to make work actually work - without burning out or leaving themselves behind.

 

My approach combines personalised coaching with practical mentoring, so you don’t just talk about the juggle — you build tools, insight, and confidence to move through it with more clarity and self-trust.
