Hi, I'm Lisa.
Mum, wife, coach… and a woman who knows firsthand what it feels like to be pulled in every direction.
I live on the NSW Central Coast with my husband, our 10-year-old son Luca, and Toby the bordoodle who thinks he runs the show.

Seven years ago when I returned to work after having Luca, I felt like I was walking back into a world I no longer fit into. I was juggling daycare drop-offs, starting in a new role, and quietly carrying the invisible weight of everything at home. I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and trying to figure out who I was now.
Honestly? It was lonely.

I realised it wasn't just me. Everywhere I looked, other mums were drowning too. Women who seemed to "have it all together" were quietly exhausted, guilty, and stretched thin.

That experience cracked me open -
but it also planted the seed for Lisa Fox Coaching.
Why I Do This Work

I became what I couldn't find at the time - someone to walk alongside women so I could support women right at that crossroads of career and motherhood - the place where overwhelm, self-doubt, and exhaustion often take hold.

As a certified Workplace and Matrescence Coach, accredited with the International Coaching Federation, I now work with:
-
Mums preparing to return to work who want to feel confident, capable, and supported through Workshops and 1:1 Coaching.
-
Mums already back in the juggle who are tired of running on empty and ready for clarity, energy, and joy.
-
Workplaces and managers who want to better support employees returning from parental leave - so women feel valued, stay longer, and bring their best selves to work.

Because when mothers thrive, families thrive.
And when workplaces get it right, everyone benefits.
A Little More About Me

Outside of coaching, you'll find me enjoying getting laps in and being part of a swimming club - the Gosford Seagulls - after a 30-year break! I'm also known by family and friends for my famous brownies (yes, from an Aldi packet mix - because sometimes simple is best).

I believe in keeping things real, celebrating small wins, and finding joy in the everyday juggle. These are the very things that make lasting change possible.
