A 60-Minute online Workshop for Mums Returning to Paid Work

28 November @ 12:30pm

Limited to 10 spots to keep it small and supportive

The Truth About Going Back

People talk about returning to work like it is mostly about logistics - sorting childcare, setting up routines, easing back in.

But you already know it’s more than that.

You’ve changed.
How you see yourself, your priorities, your energy - all of it.
And yet, work is waiting for the old you.

And with that comes a swirl of thoughts mums rarely say out loud.

Will I even remember how to do my job?

Will they think I’m less committed now that I need to leave at 4:30?

Am I meant to return like nothing’s changed?

How am I meant to juggle it all?

So many mums carry these quietly - thinking it’s just them.

It isn’t.

It’s not that you’ve lost your confidence or your capability, you just haven’t had space to reconnect with who you are now, or what you actually need to feel steady going back.

When I returned after having my son, Luca, I didn’t feel capable.
I felt wobbly - constantly second-guessing myself at work and at home.
I was lost, trying to figure it all out by myself.

A few months in, I finally paused long enough to ask: what actually matters most right now?
That question changed everything because once I was clear on what I was protecting and why, the noise quietened.
I could see what to say yes to, what to let go of, and how I wanted to show up at work and at home.

That’s the space this workshop gives you - before you go back, not months after.

It’s one focused hour to make sense of what’s changed, reconnect with what matters, and create a plan that fits who you are now.
So you can return feeling grounded, prepared, and confident again.

This is for you if...

  • You’re preparing to return to paid work soon and feeling a mix of uncertainty, guilt, or low-grade dread about how to make work, work.

  • You want to feel prepared, steady and confident.

  • You’re craving practical support that understands the realities of working motherhood, not another pep talk or productivity hack. Let’s get real!

What Happens in the Workshop

Together, over 60 minutes, we’ll walk through five powerful steps to get you grounded, confident and ready to return.

No prep, no homework. We’ll do the work together during the session so you walk away clearer and lighter.

You’ve changed. Let’s claim your current identity and make decisions from there.

Identify your personal anchors. What REALLY matters to you now? What are your new boundaries and how can you protect them? Everything gets easier with clear anchor points.

Understand the upgrade. Recognise how motherhood has strengthened your professional skills. And translate this into language you can use at work

The Challenges are real. Get on the front foot by learning the five universal obstacles every returning mum faces - and strategies to overcome them.

Plan the two key conversations that will shape your return.

One with your partner - to make the mental load visible.

One with your manager - to set expectations clearly and calmly.

You’ll get example language and prompts you can adapt right away.

This isn’t theory - it’s hands-on reflection and practical planning.
You’ll finish the hour feeling more grounded, confident, and clear about what’s next.

You’ll leave with a mini return-to-work plan - built around what actually matters to you. It won’t be another to-do list, but a handful of clear, doable steps that make the next few weeks lighter and less reactive.

One focused hour to get clear, grounded, and ready for your return.

What you'll get:

By the end of this workshop, instead of seeing a huge mountain in front of you, you’ll have a clear roadmap to navigate this new terrain.

Breathe out and trust yourself, you’ve got this.

About Lisa

I'm Lisa Fox - a certified Workplace and Matrescence Coach, accredited with the International Coaching Federation.

I work with mums navigating one of the most underestimated life transitions - the return to paid work.

Seven years ago, when I returned after having my son, Luca, I felt like I was walking back into a world I no longer fit into.

I was juggling daycare drop-offs, a new role, and the invisible weight of everything at home.
It wasn’t just about logistics - I was trying to figure out who I was now.

What helped me wasn’t another to-do list. It was the space to reflect, reset, and get clear on what mattered most.

That’s what this workshop gives you - the structure and support I wish I’d had.

Here’s what some of my clients have said after working together.

Working with Lisa helped me get out of my own head. She didn’t tell me what to do, but guided me to figure out what I needed. Through our work together, I realised that I really loved the career I had worked hard for and that I still had the skills, experience, and passion to make it work for me. Lisa’s support helped me rebuild my confidence.

Corrin

Lisa’s kind and thoughtful approach was so supportive and I have come out the other end feeling empowered and with greater clarity about my priorities and values.
